Wanted Non-LSA Ercoupe

I origianly thought I could find a Forney with rudder pedals but may have to start looking at standard Ercoupes. I am looking for the following:
1.Higher gross weight non-LSA Coupe with a useful load of 450 Lbs Minimum. I weigh 175 Lbs, my wife 110 Lbs and with full fuel that will put us at 429 Lbs.
2. Fabric wings only no metal covered unless Forney.
3. Very recent engine overhaul 6 to 8 years with new cylinders.
4. Polished fuselage
5. Complete logs, good paperwork with current weight and balance and transponder certification.
6. No corrosion and no hail damage
The aircraft must be able to pass a thorough and detailed inspection including engine and air frame boroscope.
