Hello everyone.  I was wondering if anyone knew Rex Rains or Cecil Rains, maybe the same person?  He is or was the owner of a pre war 1940 Ercoupe. serial number 12, i believe it may have been for sale ay one point.  I see he has an address listed in Kansas but was looking if anyone had a phone number or email address.  I wanted to reach out to him as he had restored his,
