415-D

I have a 1947 Ercoupe 415-C. I lease it to a flying club but it isn’t getting the rental action we thought it would so I am considering a sale.   N94027.   If you are interested give me a call at 419-554-8073.   It is. In Norwalk at 5A1.  

Looking for a clean 415-D.  Need 1400 GW (with empty weight less than 850 Lbs.) and no rudder pedals.  Prefer fabric wings with "recent" recover (i.e., fabric in good condition not needing near-term recover).  Low time engine would be a plus, as would Clevland brakes.  Would like to find within 500 miles of Dayton, Ohio.  Cash on-hand for the right aircraft.
