Apparently, this is a loss of control issue. Brand new student rotated at too low a speed, then froze, with a death grip on the yoke and would not yield when the CFI tried to take control. The aircraft rolled inverted when one of them let go.
A real miracle that both occupants of the coupe, and the occupant of the office, survived relatively unscathed.

it is too soon for the FAA or NTSB to release anything, The airport manager said he saw the coupe heading toward the building, after the plane stopped, they opened the canopy, crawled out and walked down the stairs to the ground floor.
