I guess I should have said I have an 0-200 on mine. Not sure if it makes a difference.

I didn't even need to drop the exhaust to do the job. There's no interference with the exhaust flanges though, because I had the exhaust ofg and on since then to paint it.
I was more worried about the cylinder baffle "strips" that are woven between the cylinder and the pushrod tubes, but they were no problem either. Well, no more annoying than they were with the old tubes anyway!

Did you have any clearance issues getting the exhaust flanges up past the new pushrod tubes? I am. Also found a a crack in one pipe where it goes into number 2 cylinder exhaust flange that I hope to get repaired tomorrow. Mike

I just got done installing these on one cylinder.
Honestly, pulling the nose bowl was the most time consuming part of the job. I only have three engine hours since the installation but so far no leaking at all.
Per the STC, you want to order a tube of Permatex "Ultra Copper" orange RTV (specifically), and a tube of Dow DC-4 or some similar assembly lube.
The spring compressor is definitely just a Briggs & Stratton part! I ended up buying it from Spruce because I didn't know better at the time.

I modified a GM door hinge spring compressor I had from years ago. Works great!

Thanks for the info. Since everything will be removed, I will have all push rod tubes replaced.
