Robert,
Since you have figured out the long-term care & feeding of the single-side nose gear, I have a question.
I have a dual-fork on my coupe BUT I also have a single fork on the shelf. What's your source for tires? It seemed to be an unusual/expensive tire but honestly I didn't spend a ton of time checking sources.

I have searched for a part number and does not come up on the internet or I get instructed to call Vernon Gregory (he is an invaluable source of information and parts and I give him much of my requests) but a Timken bearing number that works is 6207-2RS which is a rubber seal both sides deep ball bearing. It can usually be picked up locally or ordered off of Amazon and is not expensive.
I replace mine when I can start seeing oil leakage which is about every 2 years.
