Check out this page www.ercoupe.info/pmwiki.php/Main/SlidingWindows

I followed this to remove my windows and replace the welts. While out I used a plastic polishing kit (very similar to a headlight polishing kit) to clean up the windows and they're now about 95% as good as new. If you replace the welts, my best piece of advice would be to bite the bullet and remove the seat back before you start. You'll save time in the long run and do a better job with the seat back frame out of the way.

Looks like you may be missing the fuselage inner skins. These do a lot to protect the windows.

Mid/ center of the bow frame where the winds meet. so you workout both at the same spot. And I do have a set of Forney wing we could trade . But I would have to do the inspection on them   Off a '57 F1

NO,NO. The funny thing is, after writhing about the wings Matt Gunsch called me looking for a C85 exhaust pipe. Matt is down there in Glendale and the Wing leader for Reg 8, AP&IA. And because Forney's Wing were all metal you cannot use Fabric on the Forney. Sorry to be the one to tell you that Matts Phone 602-684-7607 Grate guy to get to know.

Thank you for your quick response.

I'll check on the wings.

Looking at the picture, am I on the right track?

Thanks!

Another thing your wings. Forney came with metal wings. I would question if fabric are legal on the Forney.
