Yes it can be done, the Forney and Alon use a differant seat belt hold down system. Do not know what happened to that last post ! some of it got lost... In the Alon we had My father-in -law had more trouble with leg room. He was 6' 3" The airfrane is the same between Ercoupes and Forneys just dif. holes. The seat belt in Forney is a cross member in both F1s and A2s Also, Shawn when we were talking about rear windows I forgot to tell you the setback is 4 " from the window (side ) opening

Hi All,
Does anyone know if Forney bucket seats can be made to fit into a 415-C?
If they can, are there any gains like more headroom?
Any negatives like a structural consideration?
The underlying goal is to get as much headroom as possible. I'm tall.
