You can service your new o-rings with fuel proof grease every couple of years to help keep them from getting flatsided. the same stuff that came with your new o-ring kit.

depends on your A&P, if he is comfortable with you doing it. You do have to use aircraft o-rings and not what you get from harbor freight.

Is replacement of the "O" rings in my Ercoupes' fuel Primer OK under owner maintenance. From research on the internet, some say yes some say no.
