I recommend Ernie Clark in Sturgis, South Dakota.  He gives lessons using his own Ercoupe.  He's listed under CFI in Coupe Capers.  

Best I can tell you is Northern Calif... I just got my license in a Coupe..  The instructor is the young guy...  Brandon Low...  209 556 6053   Give him a call he may have a contact or a solution for you...     Good luck
