I have put them in before, don't try it on a cold day. put the gasket around the opening and slowly work the window into the gasket, some gaskets have a "locking ring" pressed into one side, remove that ring then reinstall after the window is in.

My name is Jack, and I am helping a friend restore a ercoupe. It started life as a C model, but has had so many mods it might a D or E etc. Both of the back windows were cracked. Large, I think Forny. I bought new ones from LP Aeroplastics, and new gaskets from univair. for the life of me I can’t figure out how to install them. Can you give me any pointers or a source of information on how to accomplish this task
