E models with two overflow returns have no vent holes on wing caps. The vent air comes from the header tank vented cap. Matt isn't your G this way?

If it is like mine, the vent hole is in the gas caps and make sure they face forward. Keep them clean and clear

I'm used to a Cessna 150. You could remove the cap and see light through a hole showing the vent was open. I have a 1960 Forney F1 now but there's no holes in any of the 3 fuel caps. Hasn't been an issue but checking for a clear vent was always part of my pre flight. It must be venting from somewhere, but I'd like to verify it before each flight.
