The Ercoupe A Touch of Class

A fellow Ercoupe driver and airport buddy of mine just purchased "The Ercoupe A Touch Of Class" on eBay for close to $300.  He was kind enough to loan it to me.  Do any of you Coupe guru's know if the author Frank R. Also anyone know of the legalities of scanning to a pdf and making it available to club members? At a glance there is a lot of good info on our beloved Coupes, it would be nice to make that info available to a bigger audience.
