I hope we don't have to have anything special. I just installed plain old AN toggle switches. Any requirement would be in 43.13-1B, but I couldn't find any specific requirement for switches beyond being AN, at least not as they apply to our airplanes.

This is 2015, everything has to have blue LED's otherwise it's 'not cool'. Or was that 2013?

I want to switch out (sorry) the switches for beacon, nav lights, and L&R landing lights (wing-mounted) (A&P put in light-up (blue) switches that are near blinding at night. Can we just order any AN switch say, from Univair, or do they have to be particular switches? Thanks. Dennis
