How to clean an ercoupe 415 c with fabric wings

I use Wash Wax All waterless wash spray

I use Dawn dish detergent in a buck of water and a mop (with no sharp edges)
for the wings and use a rag for the leading edge or wherever it is easy to reach. Rinse with running water from a garden hose.

can someone advise how to clean my ercoupe with fabric wings. Just dont want to use wrong cleaning  materials. Thanks andy mintz
