Online and mail-in registration ends on May 15th, 2026.  After that, you will need to register at the convention as a walk-up.

After May 15th, there is a $15.00 late registration fee. This applies to walk-ups and anything postmarked after May 15th.

This is a non-refundable event. Airplane parking will likely be in the grass: bring your tie-downs - but do not use screw in ties downs. They Don't Work well.

    It's a two story hotel with no elevator but will accommodate requests for first floor and includes a full hot breakfast

    It's a one level with cereal and pastries for breakfast
